Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 4 business days. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates (Standard Shipping):
- Shipping rates for standard delivery are calculated based on government-mandated rates for Egypt. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Same-Day Delivery:
- We offer same-day delivery within [Radius or Specific Area] through our partner, Weevo.
- Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 2:00 PM Africa/Cairo timezone.
- Same-day delivery rates are calculated at checkout and are separate from standard shipping rates.
Shipping Destinations (Standard and Same-Day):
- We currently ship inside Egypt only.
- Same-day delivery is available only within Cairo, Giza.
Estimated Delivery Time (Standard Shipping):
- Standard shipping typically takes3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping provider. Any delivery issues should be addressed directly with our support team.
In-Store Pickup:
- We offer free in-store pickup at our warehouse Location.
- Pickup orders are typically ready within 1 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or your ID when you come to pick up your order.
- Pickup orders must be collected within 3 days of notification. Orders not collected within this time frame may be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping Issues:
- Lost or Damaged Packages (Standard Shipping): If your standard shipping package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at customercare@kijha.com or +2 0120 8888175. We will assist you in filing a claim with our shipping provider, Turbo.
- Delivery Issues (Same-Day Delivery): For any issues with same-day delivery, please contact our support team.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply.
- International Orders (Standard Shipping): For international standard shipping orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for paying customs duties, taxes, or other import fees. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
